As we all know, during these hard economic times its important that we educate ourselves as much as possible before an interview. It's certainly not fun wondering what day you'll run out of money or when you'll need to find a new home. If you're looking for a management position I feel that my book offers a great way I'd recommend focusing in on Chapter 8, where I provide details on how to best assign the most appropriate person to the role they will need to play on the team. One way to demonstrate you have good management skills is to be able to quickly explain why it is important to match the skills of each employee with the things that you need them to do.
